Once you are happy it will perform to your expectations then

System requirements
 Any Microsoft 32-bit windows operating system with Microsoft Internet Explorer installed. It also uses system resources more efficiently as
it runs multiple browsers in the one task. We tested the system on one of our old Windows 98 systems with 84MB memory.
Two IE browsers used 52,684K memory
Two SurfStar tab browsers only used 32,092K memory!
The more windows you have running at once, the more efficient SurfStar is. AND it stops all the windows you don't see and don't want!

SurfStar
is an enhanced web browser that enables you to take control of your web experience.
It uses a standard Microsoft Internet Explorer browser with added features such as, restricting
pop-up windows, enhanced favorites, clean up and privacy.

Well you are not alone. Much of my time is spent searching through web sites,
doing research on various topics. I was continually forgetting sites
addresses, as I couldn't be bothered to open a document to store notes about
where I had been. I was also tired of the continual adverts popping up -
